Who we are

Perinatal NeuroCare is run by a small nurse-led project created to give overwhelmed moms simple, gentle support for their brains during pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Run by a maternal child health nurse home visitor (Register Nurse) who has spent close to a decade walking alongside new parents in the foggy, messy, beautiful pregnancy and first two years after birth.

  • Perinatal NeurCare was created after seeing how many moms felt “too much,” “too scattered,” or “too sensitive,” especially those with ADHD or other neurodivergent traits, and how little clear, shame-free support they were offered.

  • Perinatal NeuroCare is not a medical practice; it’s an educational space offering practical tools, gentle explanations and a calming podcast to help you feel less alone and more understood.

  • Everything here is designed to be bite-sized low-pressure, and realistic for real life with a baby in your arms.

  • Perinatal NeuroCare is designed to offer steady guidance and practical tools- without requiring constant engagement or emotional energy from you.

A cozy scene featuring a person holding a steaming mug of tea or coffee, an open book with a hand writing, a pair of glasses and a plate of cookies on a wooden table, and a close-up of a baby's hand and a knitted blanket.
